"If banks do not announce moratorium, we will stay in the street, unemployed without income," Marina Salukvadze, the founder of restaurant "Zazanova", told BM.GE.
Salukvadze asks the government to apply for the banks in order to delay the loans, otherwise the sector will disappear.
"The country's economy is based on medium and small-sized businesses. These people contribute to the country's economy and political stability. Merely, big business does not define Georgian economy. The sector which employs over 300,000 people, has already fired 100,000 persons.
Our loss is several hundred, or thousands of lari and if the banks do not announce a moratorium, we and others will be left in the street, unemployed without income. I'm not going to stop, now I am not asking, I am demanding”, said Marina Salukvadze, the founder of the Zazanova restaurant.
