In January, new mortgage issuance significantly increased by 67% compared to the previous year. In 1-6 February period, new mortgage issuance totaled 11%, relative to the previous year, according to the report issued by TBC Capital.
According to TBC Capital, in January 2022, growth of residential property transactions in Tbilisi noticeably decreased and totaled 32% relative to previous year.
