Re-export of cars from Georgia has increased at a high pace during the last few years. During 2019, car export from Georgia increased by 68% reaching 686.7 million USD. However, its volume increased by another 77% achieving $ 99 million in January-February 2020.
According to Geostat, countries of the region are the main market for re-export. In addition, re-export is quite large to Central Asia and Middle East countries.
