MP Beka Liluashvili, one of the leaders of the political party For Georgia, responds to the statements of the Prime Minister of Georgia and members of the Georgian Dream regarding inflation and rising fuel prices.

Beka Liluashvili says that prices are really rising in other countries, but the population has more income and it has less impact on them.
"Even today we have heard that prices are rising everywhere and we cannot do anything.

Yes, inflation is rising in many European countries, for example, in Lithuania it is almost 17%, in Estonia - 12%, in the Czech Republic - 10%, in Bulgaria - 9%.

But, there is one thing, while bringing this argument, that people in these countries have 3-4 or 5 folds higher income than in Georgia and raising prices by 10-15% is less problematic for them than for our poor population”, Liluashvili said.
