In 2021, the consumer price index in Azerbaijan amounted to 106.7% compared to 2020, including 108.1% for food products, drinks and tobacco, 105.1% for non-food products, 105.8% for paid services to the population, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

According to the information, in December 2021, the consumer price index was 101.6% compared to the previous month and 112.0% compared to December of the previous year.

In December 2021, the consumer price index for food, beverages and tobacco products was 102.6% compared to the previous month and 115.8% compared to December of the previous year.

The consumer price index for non-food products in December 2021 amounted to 100.7% compared to the previous month and 107.7% compared to December of the previous year.

The consumer price index for paid services to the population in December 2021 amounted to 100.9% compared to the previous month, and 110% compared to December of the previous year.
