The construction of Gudauri Hills was financed with the support of Basisbank within the framework of the EBRD's green financing project. For the implementation of the project, Basisbank allocated up to USD 1.5 million.
Within the scope of the project, an environmental investment was made by Basisbank. The complex was fully equipped with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly materials, which significantly reduced the harmful impact on the environment and improved the energy efficiency ratio.
Gudauri Hills Residence is a 6-storey residential complex with 62 apartments. The complex has a restaurant, ski depout and outdoor parking. Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel is a 4-storey, 29-room apart-hotel.
