Coordinated action is very important to overcome the challenges, - Koba Gvenetadze, President of the National Bank of Georgia has declared after the meeting with the banking sector and the government’s economic team.
According to him, the current events create many challenges - not only in Georgia but in the world economy.
“Coordinated action is very important on the background of the existed challenges; no matter they will be long-term or short-term. It is important to overcome them maximally with less expenditures. The banking sector and its functioning are very important for the economy. Today we talked about the sectors that could be affected by the current events, we discussed in which direction we need to coordinate and what can be done to maintain the highest growth in the country”, Gvenetadze said.
