Kokhi.ge will open a new workshop next month, in which the company has invested about 5 million EUR. The new plant is now undergoing technical re-equipment. As Levan Pirtskhalava, director of Kokhi.ge told BM.GE, the company will be ready to start an export from this spring.
Last year the company has opened a branch in Bulgaria, where it builds wooden houses and cottages for the local market.
The price for a square meter of kohi.ge houses ranges from 850 to 900 (eight hundred fifty to 9 hundred) GEL. Price for 1 square m in the case of black frame totals to GEL 200.
