Tbilisi, Georgia, May 24, 2023 - LEADx Change, the international Leadership Accelerator and Public Square Summit, is excited to announce its highly anticipated fourth edition, set to take place at the prestigious Stamba Hotel in Tbilisi on June 19-23, 2023.
LEADx, a collaboration between the Institute for War and Peace Reporting and the International Security Studies Program of the Fletcher School at Tufts University, is dedicated to fostering constructive leadership, democracy, and innovation in the rapidly evolving 21st century.
The Accelerator is a transformative 5-day program designed for mid-career and senior leaders in Central and Eastern Europe. Participants will engage in tailored modules led by expert faculty from The Fletcher School and Harvard, gaining practical skills through case studies, simulations, mentorship, and fireside chats applicable to any professional setting. Executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals from various industries will come together at LEADx 2023 to gain valuable insights, explore cutting-edge strategies, and enhance their leadership and negotiation abilities.
The flagship forum component, the Public Square Summit, will take place on June 22-23, bringing together around 200 industry stakeholders for critical discussions on technology-enabled democracy, digital diplomacy, disinformation, governance, leadership, and social entrepreneurship.
The event will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Chris Miller, Author of the Chip War, Financial Times Business Book of the Year; Thom Shanker, former Security and Foreign Policy Editor at The New York Times; Amy Larsen, Director of Strategy and Business Management at Microsoft. LEADx is honored to welcome IWPR’s CEO, Anthony Borden, and Richard Schultz, head of the security studies program at the Fletcher School, to the event in Tbilisi.
