M-Lisi Development To Build A Residential Complex In Manglisi

Company M-Lisi Development will build a four-story residential complex in Mangilisi in cooperation with the Bank of Georgia. The complex will be located in an area of 1800 sq. M.

The total cost of the project is USD 1 100,000. Of which, the bank's investment amounts to USD 650,000.

“We are pleased that in collaboration with the Bank of Georgia, we are implementing an important project in Manglisi, Central Park, the main advantage of the project is its location. M-Lisi Development is cooperating with the Bank of Georgia for over a year and the project will be completed in a few months according to the planned term. We are involved in the "guaranteed purchase" scheme, which implies more credibility for the customers.

The key advantage of our project is that the complex is located near the capital city of Tbilisi in the fresh air. Our future plans are also related to the resorts and regions, where we want to develop our projects", - said Giorgi Danelia, Director of M -Lisi Development.
