Sopho Chkonia became a member of the Supervisory Board of Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia. The relevant note is already made at the Registry of entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial (Non-commercial) Legal Entities.
“Temur Chkonia, the owner of 87.47% shares of JSC Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, acting in accordance with Article 7.1.2, sub-Paragraph 54.1.1 of the Law “on Entrepreneurs”, I have made the following decision: In the interests of the firm, Sofiko Chkonia should be elected as the fourth member of the Supervisory Board,” reads Temur Chkonia’s decision dated on March 10.
In addition to Temur Chkonia's daughter Sopho Chkonia, members of the Supervisory Board are Temur Chkonia, Giorgi Akhaladze and Shalva Gigaia. Temur Chkonia is the chairman of the Supervisory Board and his deputy is Giorgi Akhaladze.
Sopho Chkonia is the founder and organizer of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi. In September last year, Temur Chkonia said that his daughter was working on an interesting project for the area of the former Coca-Cola factory.
