According to the published information, Mamuka Khazaradze currently owns 5,460,231 shares, the value of which totals to GPB 80.8 million.
Currently, cost of per share amounts to GBP 14.80.
Prior to the change, as of April 2022, the founders of the bank, Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, owned 14.5% of the shares, the EBRD - 5.1%, the bank's management - 3.4%, and the IFC - 2.8%.
