According to the industrial designer Zviad Tsikolia, if the state wants to develop entrepreneurship, it must impose certain tax breaks. As Tsikolia noted in section BMG Drive, the introduction of tax breaks will enable an entrepreneur to develop a business.

"I want to tell the government directly that if you want to develop the country, give entrepreneurs tax breaks. Including such as bringing equipment. Exempt productions from taxes. Allow the business to stand on its own two feet for 2-3 years and then start raising taxes slowly.

When I bring a 2 million unit, I have to pay another amount for customs, which is wrong. By bringing this unit, I have to employ people. Therefore I have to have all the support from the state. If the state is a supporter in terms of tax breaks, the businessman will arrange everything themselves, strengthen and pay the taxes later, "Zviad Tsikolia said.
