We Are Working On The Construction Insurance - Insurance State Supervision Service
David Onoprishvili, Chairman of Insurance State Supervision Service declares that the works are carried out in two directions with the engagement of the World Bank, which includes malpractice and construction insurance.
"We are in the working process. I think we will already have a draft law early next year. When it comes to malpractice insurance, it is very important for the doctor who might make a mistake and also for the person with whom they had communicated. I think it is beneficial for all parties.
We are at a very early stage of work on the construction direction. In this case, we are talking about the timing of the construction process. When you are told that construction must be completed within two years, a similar type of reservation must be reinsured. Also, during the construction process, the property next to it may be damaged and so on. This is an accepted practice in the world," Onoprishvili said.
