Mikheil Saakashvili has not crossed the border of Ukraine, - Deputy Minister Alexander Darakhvelidze stated at a briefing at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Mikheil Saakashvili did not cross the state border of Georgia. We had active communication with the Ukrainian side and based on them we can say that Mikheil Saakashvili did not leave the state border of Ukraine. Saakashvili is wanted, he has already been sentenced and if he crosses the Georgian border, we will detain him," Darakhvelidze said.
According to him, there is no special mobilization of law enforcers across the country because of Saakashvili.
Former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili released a video taken late last night, in which he says that he is already in Georgia.
