70% of infrastructure works ongoing in Batumi International Airport have been finalized – The Airport itself states in an official Facebook post.
According to the International Airport, frame and roofing works have been completed and at this stage facade and inner office division arrangement are in works. Also, baggage handling zone expansion works and new baggage carousel belt and new x-ray installation works have been finalized.
“70% of underground communication infrastructure works have been fulfilled. 80% of Mechanic and fire protection systems have also been conducted and at this stage fire hydrants and fire protection automatic spray systems installation works are underway” – reads the statement.
