More than 11,000 customers have introduced to the Project “100 Investment Offers to Business” initiated by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and LEPL National Property Agency.
Over 100 commercially attractive objects, which are the subject of privatization, are presented through simplified bureaucratic procedures on the electronic auction within the frame of the project.

“Moreover, a specially designed interactive map has been created. All interested entities can the online auction and become a real estate owner.
The platform is renewable and constantly replenished with new privatization facilities.
The list of privatized properties includes state-owned real estate throughout the country - up to 45 cities and municipalities in Tbilisi and Georgia. The privatization list includes industrial facilities, warehouses, greenhouses, medical facilities, sports infrastructure, hotels and other state-owned properties.
The goal of the project is to attract more investment and promote employment in the country.
