External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 12 828.3 million in January-November 2021, 25.2% higher year-on-year, - show the preliminary data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).

As of the report, the value of export increased by 26.7% reaching USD 3 822.3 million, while the import increased by 24.5% and amounted to USD 9 006.0 million.

The trade deficit equaled USD 5 183.6 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 40.4%.
