As a result of investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia disclosed one entrepreneur on the fact of storage and sale non-excised alcoholic drinks.
Investigation determined, that the accused person was keeping and selling various denominations foreign alcoholic drinks without the relevant excise mark in store in Zestafoni.
66 bottles of non-excised alcoholic drinks with total value of GEL 2 567 have been ceased.
Investigation is underway under the first part of article 200 of Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 2 to 4 years.
