Residential Property Price Index UP By 8.9% Y-O-Y

In the third quarter of 2021 the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Georgia decreased by 2.5% compared to the previous quarter, while the annual increase amounted to 8.9%. Compared to the 2020 average, the index change amounted to 6.2%, - show the preliminary data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).

Prices of 1 square m in the newly-built residential properties in the III quarter of 2021 in Tbilisi, by districts:

1) Mtatsminda - GEL 4,089 average price for per square meter;
2) Vake - GEL 3,612 average price per for square meter;
3) Saburtali - GEL 2,986 average price for per square meter;
4) Chugureti - GEL 2,970 average price for per square meter;
5) Krtsanisi - GEL 2,964 average price for per square meter;
6) Didube - GEL 2,812 average price for per square meter;
7) Gldani - GEL 2,778 average price for per square meter;
8) Nadzaladevi - GEL 2,500 average price for per square meter;
9) Isani - GEL 2,472 average price for per square meter;
10) Samgori - 2,332 GEL average price for per square meter.

According to Geostat, price of 1 square m for newly-built flats, according to their condition (frame):

Green frame - GEL 3,020 average price for per square meter;
White frame - GEL 2,724 average price for per square meter;
Black frame - GEL 2,200 average price for per square meter.
