Parliament To Hear The Annual Report Of The PM Today

Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili will present a report on the implementation of the government program to the parliament today.

After Gharibashvili's speech, questions will be asked to the Prime Minister. Deputies will address him with statements.

The Prime Minister's report on the implementation of the government program was submitted to the Parliament in writing on June 1.

According to the press service of the Parliament, the 151-page report on the implementation of the government program reflects key areas such as: foreign policy, security, conflict resolution and human rights; economic development; social policy, human capital development and governance.

"Against the background of pandemic-induced constraints and reduced economic activity, the Georgian government is working hard not to halt the country's medium- and long-term development reforms and to support the population, as well as the private sector, to meet new challenges in the short term", - reads the annual report of the Prime Minister.
