According to United Airports of Georgia, local airports have served 8,755 passengers within 10 months of 2019, the rate exceeds by 16% comparing to the number of transferred passengers in the same period of the previous year (2018 – 7,579 passengers).
As United Airports of Georgia informed BM.GE, Mestia Airport has served 7,086 passengers, which 15% more if compared to the same period of the last year (2018 – 6,151 passengers). To note, 852 passengers have traveled from Mestia Airport in October, which is 5% more comparing to the same period of the last year (2018 – 810 passengers).
As for Ambrolauri Airport, 1669 passengers have traveled from Ambrolauri Airport within January-October, 2019, which is 17% more comparing to the same period of the last year (2018 – 1,428 passengers).
To note, Ambrolauri Airport has served 222 passengers in October, which is 40% more comparing to the same period of the last year (2018 – 159 passengers).
