The Georgian government expects economic growth of more than 20% in May.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili notated about that during his annual report to the parliament.
"After the difficult 2020, our economy started to grow. In March, the economy grew by 4%. In April, we had a record growth of 44.8%. In May we expect growth of more than 20%. I do not want to hurry up, the statistics will be published very soon, "said the Prime Minister.
Geostat will publish preliminary data on economic growth in May at the end of June.
