The main goal of Kettari, an Israeli international investment fund established in Georgia a month ago, is to position the country as a creative hub in the world. Sergi Gvarjaladze, director of development of the fund in Georgia, spoke about the plans and goals of the fund in TV-Program "Business Morning".

"Our strategic plan is to become a regional player not only in the Georgian market. It is important to use the current circumstances to position Georgia as a creative hub. This is our most important goal", said Sergi Gvarjaladze.

In order to fulfill the international development goals, Kettari plans to study the creative industry in the regions of Georgia and get to know potential partners. The director of the fund's development notes that "Kettari" will continue to implement the planned events.

"As for the first year of operation of "Kettari", it will continue to implement the planned events. It will be the so-called Key note speeches, in which we will bring high-class experts and they will also have a discussion character. Here we will meet creative industry representatives more intensively to develop two main directions. One of such meetings will be tentatively called "Kettari Club" and industry representatives will unite in it, and the second project will be "Kettari Academy" - we have a constant conversation with companies about what type of help they need and in what part we can cooperate.

For example, I can tell you that several advertising companies have already realized that they have to train a certain part of their employees themselves because it is not always possible to send staff to study abroad. We have these capabilities and experience and we want to work with them in this direction.

Of course, it is the closest plan. Starting tomorrow, I will travel to the regions with the team to get to know the situation there and the partners; Let's find out what creative directions are in Kakheti or in western regions. We will study all this and we are sure that our chain will expand", explained Gvarjaladze.
