Prime Minister of Georgia Visits the Kingdom of Spain During May 19-20

Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia is due to visit the Kingdom of Spain during May 19-20, 2021. The Head of Government of Georgia will be attending the launch of an International Tourism Fair FITUR-2021 in Madrid, which engages Georgia in the capacity of a partner country. Event will be officially launched by King Felipe VI.

Georgia will have a special space at the International Tourism Fair, which will allow international tour operators, companies and media representatives to get more information about the tourism attractions and travel destinations of the country.

The Prime Minister of Georgia will hold meetings with Pedro Sanchez, Prime Minister of Spain and Meritxell Batet, President of the Congress of Deputies within the scope of his visit to the Kingdom of Spain.

The Georgian delegation led by the Head of Government will include David Zalkaliani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia; Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture of Georgia; and MP David Songhulashvili, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Sectoral Economy and Economic Policy.
