According to the decision of the Government of Georgia, restrictions on public and intercity transport in large cities will not be eased and the existing bans will continue.

The decision was announced by Maia Tskitishvili, the candidate for the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure.

Restrictions on municipal transport remain in force in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Gori, Zugdidi, Poti and Telavi.

Restrictions on long-distance transport across the country also remain in force. Private vehicles will still be allowed to drive," Tskitishvili said.
