The Partnership Fund is looking for an investor who will be interested in a long-term lease or full purchase of the Borjomi Likani Hotel.
The fund offers a 10-year lease on hotel assets (along with the procurement right) to the potential investors. The initial price is $ 37,565,408. In the case of the lease, the annual rent is 8% of the purchase price, or 3,005,200 USD.
To remind, the Partnership Fund alienated 100% -share from Kazakhs in June 2018. A few months earlier, Rixos left the hotel management, which has been in charge since February 2015. After that, the hotel operates under the name of Borjomi Likani.
The five-star hotel unites 151 rooms. According to audit reports, JSC Borjomi Likani International finished 2018 with a loss of 4.5 million.
