"When the middle class appears in the country, we must support them to place funds elsewhere in addition to the deposits. So, the law adopted last year is very important. We have several clients who are creating the fund now. There is an investment fund, which already operates and attracts investments in the Georgian market in order to invest in companies. In this way, companies have an opportunity to attract investments in addition to bank loans," - Lasha Nodia said.
The Law on Investment Funds aims to develop the investment funds market in Georgia, establish relevant rules and ensure free competition, as well as protection of the interests of investors.
