"Georgia Capital" Reduced Its Stake In Bank Of Georgia Group

Georgia Capital reduced its stake in "Bank of Georgia Holding".

Investment Holding informed investors that it sold 239,867 Bank of Georgia shares in 1Q. The value of the transaction was GEL 21.226 million (about GBP 6.7 million). After the sale of shares, GCAP's share in the "Bank of Georgia Group" amounted to 20.2%.

Georgia Capital is the largest shareholder of "Bank of Georgia Holding". Late in 4Q2022, GCAP owned a 20.3% stake in the Bank of Georgia.

Currently, per share price of Bank of Georgia Group on the London Stock Exchange totals to GBP 25.30. The capitalization of the banking group is GBP 1.197 billion.
