Do you remember what happened two months ago, when we said we were ready to bring Chinese covid-vaccine?! - Paata Imnadze, Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control told "Formula".
To the question, if the representatives of the Healthcare Institution were confident that Chinese covid-vaccine would be a solution, why they did not bring it, Imnadze said that "there will be a Chinese covid-vaccine as well."
As for the possibility of bringing Russian covid-vaccine in Georgia, the Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control said that he could not say anything about it, as it was not a medical issue.
Georgia does not have the covid-vaccine so far. According to the Ministry of Health, the country should receive the first batch of covid-vaccine by the end of March. At the first stage, "AstraZeneca" and "Pfizer" vaccines are expected in Georgia.
