Cinema Sakartvelo is for sale and its price totals to GEL 7.5 million. The cinema is for sale for a year and a half. Company Meridiani is the 100% share of the cinema.
As Meridian director Nugzar Gigauri told BMG, they have communication with the interested parties, but no real buyer has been seen so far.
It should be noted that the investor company will not have any obligation for the future, including the maintaining the profile of the cinema.
The mentioned area includes 2470 square meters of land and 2695 square meters of buildings.
