TBC Bank has invested another 9.9 million USD in Uzbekistan branch, - Probanki.uz disseminates the news.
In Uzbekistan, TBC Bank issued 101,746,927 ordinary shares with a per share value of 1,000 soums a total of 101.7 billion soums ($ 9.9 million).
The shares were issued on July 30, 2020 and will be placed by private subscription to the sole founder of the bank, TBC BANK GROUP PLC, located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Earlier, on May 25, the bank had already issued 120 million common shares for the first time.
Probanki wrote that the bank launched a pilot operation at the end of June and its full launch is expected in August.
