Georgian Leasing Company (GLC), has successfully placed US$ 10mn bond with a 2-year maturity, paying 7.50% coupon rate offering on 31 August 2020.
The proceeds of the bond will be used to refinance existing loan arrangements of GLC.
The bond is expected to be listed on the Georgia Stock Exchange.
