RED-CO opened three new residential complexes Neo, Alpic and 4 Seasons Gudauri in Gudauri. New apartments are part of the project "New Gudauri" and include 852 premium-class apartments.

The total investment of the complex is GEL 85 million. The project was implemented with the support of TBC Bank.

Foreign architects worked on the design of the project. The infrastructure of the complex includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa and fitness centers, open and closed parking lots, restaurants and bars.
