In Which Districts Of Tbilisi Has Real Estate Become More Expensive?

TBC Capital published a report on Tbilisi Residential Real Estate. According to the report, average sale price on the real estate increased by 10.7% per square m and amounted to USD 899.

According to the report, in April 2022, in the majority of districts, the number of transactions were higher relative to April 2021.

The top 3 districts with the largest YoY growth of transactions were: Chughureti (+35.8%), Didube (+30.1%) and Saburtalo (+28%). Some districts posted a decline YoY and the largest decrease was observed in Isani (-14%).

Saburtalo (20% of total) and Didi Dighomi (18.5% of total) stayed at the top regarding the share in total transactions in Tbilisi. In April, the least active districts appeared to be Mtatsminda and Chughureti, together accounting for only about 4% of total transactions.
