Company Sainvie starts producing diabetic cakes and sweets. The product will be made by the sugar substitute. According to Saba Manchkhashvili, head of marketing at the company, there is no such product in Georgia yet.
"The product is intended for diabetics, as well as for people, who want to beat the overweight," Manchkhashvili said.
According to the head of marketing, the price of the products will be affordable.
Company Sainvie appeared on the Georgian market in 2018. Today, the company is represented in four areas: restaurant (with molecular cuisine), confectionery, cafeteria and bakery. Last month the company started producing "colored breads". According to the marketing manager, the main goal of the company is to promote molecular cuisine at this stage.
