Share Of Persons Receiving Monthly Salary Of GEL 600 IS Down In 3Q - PMC

PMC Research Centre reports, that in December 2022, the share of persons receiving a monthly salary up to GEL 599 amounted to 16.1%, which was 3.2 percentage points less than the corresponding period of 2021, and 8.3 percentage points lower than the corresponding period of 2020.

According to the document, in December 2022, the share of persons receiving a monthly salary of GEL 2,400, 5.7 percentage points more compared to the corresponding period of 2021, and 12.2 percentage points higher than the corresponding period of 2020.

In December 2022, the number of persons receiving a monthly salary of GEL 9,600 and more, increased by 28.4% compared to 2021 and 76% compared to 2020. The share of persons receiving a monthly salary of GEL 9 600 and more amounted to 3.2% in December 2022.

In 2022, from July to December,the total number of vacancies published on jobs.ge amounted to 41,237, which was 26% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2021 and 159.4% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2020.

In 2022, from July to December, the average MoM growth rate for the total number of vacancies published on jobs.ge amounted to -4.8%.
In December 2022, compared to November 2022, the total number of vacancies published on jobs.ge decreased by 19%.

In 2022, from July to December, a total of 11,928 vacancies were published in the field of sales/procurement, which was 41% higher than the corresponding period of 2021 and 197% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2020.

In 2022, from July to December, a total of 9,061 vacancies were published in administration/management, which was 22% higher compared to the
corresponding period of 2021 and 189% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2020.

In 2022, from July to December, a total of 10,163 vacancies were published under the logistics/transport/distribution, which was 0.1% less compared to the corresponding period of 2021, and 116% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
