Satibe is a new settlement near Tbilisi, located in the village of Orbeti. The small town already unites 240 families. According to Irakli Gaprindashvili, founder of the complex, they plan to expand the town further by adding new facilities including bread cafes. As he notes, most of the land plots are already sold in the complex.
"We want to create recreational zones. Satibe also works on the tourist segment. We want to receive guests, entertain them in our homes and offer tasty food. Very soon, we will open the "Bread Cafe", as well as a bakery museum. In general, we want to turn this place into a kind of bread road", he notes.
According to the founder of Satibe, the most important thing that "Satibe" brought to Orbeti is the general plan, which avoids chaotic constructions unlike to other villages.
"I think that after the implementation of all projects, "Satibe" will turn into a kind of tourist center for Tetritskaro municipality, our desire to move here has already created civilization in Orbetი, the first store is also opened," Gaprindashvili explained.
