State has enough tests – Head of the Government Administration Natia Mezvrishvili stated today.
According to Mezvrishvili, compared to the beginning of this year, 60 times more tests are used daily. “12 thousand tests are being utilized today on a daily basis – Head of Government Administration stated – But our citizens need to understand better who is eligible for testing. Testing must be preceded by specific symptoms. Without such symptoms tests are useless”.
According to Natia Mezvrishvili recommendations have changed. “We reach out to our citizens to be self-isolated immediately after any symptoms or connection with the infected. Those who have COVID-symptoms and are under the monitoring of family doctors, their testing will take place only based on a recommendation of a family doctor” – Natia Mezvrishvili said.
