The state sells land area and buildings in the balneological resort Menji at the state auction for 2.6 million GEL. The property is located in Senaki Municipality, Samegrelo Region.
State property in Menji is sold within the framework of the "100 Investment Offers to Business" program. The auction was announced on June 22 this year and ends on July 7.
According to the conditional auction, the investor must create a hotel complex with at least 100 rooms and put the relevant building (s) into operation within 48 months after the conclusion of the purchase agreement. The agreement provides dismantling of existing buildings or part of them with the consent of the competent authority (ies). In addition, in case of construction of any building on the privatization objects, the issue should be agreed with JSC "Georgian Railway".
Investor should pay the money within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the completion of the electronic auction.
