Next year, Tbilisi City Hall will present another investment project to the business. Andria Basilaia, head of the economic department of the City Hall, told bm.ge.
He said that the matter concerns to a similar project like Radio City, which had been sold by the City Hall this year.
“As we have brought Radio City, we are similarly planning another new project and we hope to sell it.
Investment projects that have been created are relevant. Even now, we are ready to talk to the investor at any time. We are currently working on a new investment project, we are working with the property management office to find the right land and bring it up for sale on the principle of radio city”, Basilaia said.
Currently, Tbilisi City Hall has several investment projects, including rehabilitation of Tbilisi Mast, underground parking, etc. The projects were submitted to the business a few months ago, but those projects had not been sold. Radio City was acquired by Adjara Group.
