As the prime minister's advisor pointed out, all retail outlets - with the exception of food and grocery facilities, as well as open agricultural markets, pharmacies, gas stations, and banks - will be closed.

According to him, all other retail outlets should be closed.

"I would like to touch on the decision that was voiced yesterday in connection with retail trade - I would like to stress that all retail outlets must be closed, with the exception of food and grocery facilities, as well as open agricultural markets, pharmacies, gas stations, and banks. All other retail outlets must be closed," Irakli Chikovani stated.

According to him, the prime minister instructed the economic team to submit concrete proposals that will be implemented in addition to the economic stimulus package that was launched several weeks ago.

According to Irakli Chikovani, additional plans and the development of a new stimulus package will enable businesses and citizens of Georgia to cope with the challenge posed by the coronavirus effectively.
