The KTW Group plans to enter the real-estate development development business in 2020.

As the company told BM.GE, an eco-rural project is planned to be implemented in Kakheti. A detailed presentation of the project is scheduled for spring.

As for other plans of the company, KTW Group is building a vineyard on land area of 500 ha in Manavi, where Georgian grape varieties are planted. Also, cultivation of Saperavi vineyard has begun on the land area of 700 ha in Gurjaani.

“The company makes large volume of invests in the production of olive oil. The KTW Group is planting olive groves in Dedoplistskaro on the land area of 1,000 ha. We will construct a plant as well, which will focus mainly on the production / processing and export of Georgian olive and olive oil. Two hotel complexes are being actively constructed in Guria - Ozurgeti and Askana. Also, the hotel "Orbeliani Residence" will soon be opened in Tbilisi on the renovated Orbeliani Square", the company said.

The KTW group is content with the results of 2019. According to their data, as of December, 16 million bottles were sold abroad, while the figure had been 14.050 million bottles last year.

“Our sales markets have expanded through the year and two new countries have been added. Our products are exported to Azerbaijan since September, and at the end of the year, the Turkish market was assimilated, where we shipped our products for the first time in November. During the year, the KTW group launched several new wine lines - Chateau Manavi, which is export-oriented, as well as for the domestic market - "Guramishvili's Cellar" "Ice Vine", "Ojaleshi" and "Kartlis Danakharuli”, - says Zurab Chkhaidze, Director General of KTW Group.
