"I want to say that today I am in a somewhat advantageous position compared to many of my colleagues, because at the end of the year I had to address the Parliament and it will be a kind of report and summary of the year. However, despite the fact that we have quite good achievements - high economic recovery, export growth and etc, I want to focus on the problems, because none of the achievements, no matter how good they are, give us a basis for self-satisfaction," Turnava said.
According to her, she will speak about the main results Georgia has achieved in the economy in 2021, but much of her speech will be devoted to the serious problems brought by the pandemic and what worries the population the most, including rising prices, high inflation, poverty, unemployment.
