Three audit companies express desire to make external audit of Pension Agency’s Report 2019-2020.
The sealed envelopes, i.e. technical proposals presented by the audit firms, were opened at the session of the competition commission, headed by Irakli Kovzanadze, the Chairman of Budget and Financial Committee of Parliament.
To note, KPMG Georgia, PricewaterhouseCoopers Global (PwC) and Deloitte have participated in the competition.
It was said at the meeting that the financial proposals submitted by the companies would be opened at the next meeting of the commission.
To remind, the Parliament will select an auditor until November 21 for implementation of the Pension Agency's 2019-2020 audit. As known, the external audit of the Pension Agency in 2018 was carried out by the audit firm Ernst & Young.
