The company Topline Construction implements the project FIDELIO in Shekvetili.
The construction of a 26-room premium hotel-type residential complex, which is located on the opposite side of the Black Sea Arena will be completed by the fall of 2022.
As Rusa Mamasakhlisi, Head of Marketing at Topline Construction, told bm.ge, a total of GEL 5 million is being invested in the complex.
According to her, the project enjoys the status of "the only and unique" at this stage, which is reflected in the demand, as a large part of the apartments are already sold.
"Topline offers energy-efficient, well-equipped apartments to the residents with furniture and appliances. The project is constructed based on European technologies, near the recreation area. The project is attractive both for personal use and for investment. There will be a bar-restaurant on the open and closed terrace of the top floor of the Apart Hotel. FIDELIO residents will enjoy security services, video surveillance, concierge services, interior and exterior cleaning, as well as rental services, "- says the head of marketing of Topline Construction.
Rusa Mamasakhlisi also notes, that Topline Construction intends to develop other regions of Georgia, seaside or mountain resorts.
