Visitors spent USD 105 million in Georgia in February 2022. In total, Georgia received revenue of USD 219 million from tourism in the first two months of the year,- according to the data published by the National Bank of Georgia (NBG).

As of the Tourism Administration, 164,600 thousand international travelers visited Georgia in February 2022, of which 137,100 were tourist visits.

1. Turkey - 29,606 visitors, an increase of 85.2% y-o-y;
2. Russia - 20,876 visitors, an increase of 613.7% y-o-y;
3. Armenia - 17,366 visitors, an increase of 200.2% y-o-y;
4. Georgia (non-resident) - 15,856 visitors, an increase of 175.3% y-o-y;
5. Israel - 8,779 visitors, an increase of 19852.3% y-o-y;
6. Ukraine - 8,601 visitors, an increase of 700.8% y-o-y;
7. Azerbaijan - 7,562 visitors, an increase of 91.4% y-o-y;
8. Kazakhstan - 4,121 visitors, an increase of 830.2% y-o-y;
9. Belarus - 3,446 visitors, an increase of 744.6% over y-o-y;
10. Iran - 3,272 visitors, an increase of 842.9% y-o-y.
