As of September 2020, the number of transactions recorded on premium and medium new apartments in Tbilisi is 20% and 19% less than the same period in 2019 – Colliers International reports.
According to the prominent global commercial real estate services organization, the economy segment thrived. As a result of the government subsidy project, the number of transactions increased by a massive 32%, amounting to 1,814.
The number of transactions recorded in Tbilisi in the first three quarters of 2020 has decreased by 24% compared to the same period in 2019 – Colliers states, adding that a dramatic fall (63%) is observed in Q2 2020.
