“We will do everything to find the right selling form of Tskneti "Government Cottages", - Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, responded to a journalist's question about the unsuccessful completion of the Tskneti Cottage Auction.
"We have been waiting for suggestions, but now we will think of some new approach. It seems less interesting to the business, though we expected that the facility would be sold out instantly. We still think the price is adequate, but the shape and size of the lot might be reconsidered. We will tell you about this very soon. The process itself is very transparent. Everything we make is transparent. We will do everything to find a form of sale of "government cottages" that is business-friendly and interesting for them, "Natia Turnava said.
To remind, "Government Cottages" in Tskhneti has not been sold. The lot is located on the land area of 89,988 square m and the initial price is 55,710,287 GEL. The buyer must make not less than 20 million GEL investments.
