Turnover of business sector decreased by 11.5% YoY to GEL 22.3bn in Q2 2020. Of total turnover, 58.8% (+6.5pp YoY) came on large, 17.8% (-2.7pp YoY) – on medium and 23.4% (-3.8pp YoY) on small businesses.
Among the subcategories, agriculture, art, and education were the only three sectors with a positive growth rate in 2Q 2020 standing at 37% YoY, 8% YoY, and 7% YoY, respectively.
On the other hand, the accommodation sector saw a significant decrease at -50% YoY.
